How stamps and achievements are earned

A stamp for each milestone, and with the full Passbook for each new place, border crossing and car picked up abroad. Achievements are free at every level. Each comes from an entry in your log, on its day; none is made up.

Stamps

A stamp for every milestone, and with the full Passbook one for:

  • Each country and part you’ve logged in.
  • Each border crossing (Into Ontario, its date).
  • Each rental or borrowed car picked up abroad.
  • Your first fill-up abroad and your first charge.

One arrival, one stamp: a crossing or a rental picked up abroad that is your first entry in a country or state stands for it. They’re in the order you earned them. Before a move made with Make it my region, abroad means outside your home region’s country.

Every stamp comes from an entry in your log, with its date and the place’s flag; none is invented.

Achievements

Free at every level, on the all-years view. Each is earned from your log alone, on the day of the entry that earned it, in that vehicle’s paint color; the rest show how far along you are. Locked ones show the next step of each kind; the rest are under N more to earn.

The kinds:

  • Distance in your own unit, whatever Home and away shows (1,000 to 100,000, and around the Earth).
  • States and provinces of each kind up to all of them, countries, a border crossed, and wheels abroad.
  • A year of logging, and 12 months in a row.
  • Fuel ones once a car burns fuel or a fill-up is logged: fill-ups (1 to 500), fuel abroad, the rating beaten, a year above the rating, a new best tank (after five complete tanks, beat your best so far), a tank of 500 miles or more.
  • Charging ones once something plugs in; trip ones with Pro or a trip logged; service on time with Plus or a visit logged.
  • Brands and towns.
