Add each in the Garage, then tap the chips at the top of the Dash, History and Stats to choose which you see. Several together are combined: each is worked out on its own odometer, then added.

Combined fuel economy is all their distance over all their fuel; totals add up.
Each vehicle’s paint color (Garage → Edit → Color) marks its tickets, chips and chart lines everywhere; the Vehicle theme (Settings → Display) gives the app its color too. Compare, in Stats, sets them side by side.
