Log a refund

Money back for an expense or a maintenance visit: a return, a warranty claim, a price adjustment. It counts in the entry’s own month.
Logging one
Tap + and pick Refund, or open the entry and tap Log a refund. Pick the entry from the list, then a full refund or how much came back, and the day and time it did; add the receipt and a note to keep it documented.
How it counts
History shows it on that day; your costs count the entry less what came back, in the entry’s own month (so a return never makes a month negative). Several partial refunds can add up to the whole; deleting the entry deletes its refunds. Loan and lease payments aren’t refunded here: their balance and interest come from the payments.
