Grade, DEF and the station

Pick the grade by your country’s pump names if you like; the last one is offered next time. A diesel’s DEF goes on its fill-up, apart from the fuel. Pick the station, or tap Use my current location.

Grade

Optional, by the names your country’s pumps use (your region, in Settings → Region):

  • In the US: Regular 87 to Premium 93, E15 and E85.
  • In Mexico: Magna and Premium.
  • In the UK: Unleaded (E10) and Super unleaded.
  • In Germany: Super E10, Super and Super Plus.
  • In France: SP95-E10, SP95 and SP98.
  • In Australia and New Zealand: Unleaded 91, E10, Premium 95 and 98.

And so on elsewhere, with the diesels (HVO100 where it’s sold) and H70 and H35 hydrogen. Paid in another currency on a trip, that currency’s country’s grades; with no region, your currency’s.

A grade is one fuel wherever it’s sold (Germany’s Super E10 is France’s SP95-E10), so the last one you used is offered next time and Money compares what each has cost you. LPG and CNG are fuels of their own, not grades, and aren’t logged yet.

DEF (diesels)

Diesel exhaust fluid bought with a fill-up, at the pump or in a jug: its amount and cost. It isn’t fuel, so it stays out of your MPG and the price per gallon, and Money shows it on its own.

The station

Pick the station (the brands of your country, or of the currency you paid in, come first; search finds any), or tap Use my current location to fill in the station and address.

Each station and brand has its own page (Plus), from a fill-up’s ticket: your visits there, what you paid against elsewhere, and the economy of the tanks that ended there.
