Settings → Data → Start over: Delete a vehicle’s log empties one vehicle’s log, and Erase everything deletes every vehicle and everything logged. Neither can be undone, so Export everything first.

What each deletes

Settings → Data → Start over. Delete a vehicle’s log empties the log of the one shown; the vehicle stays.

Erase everything deletes every vehicle and everything logged for it, with the receipts and photos, the automatic backups on the phone (and the copy in the folder you chose), and what MileWorks keeps about the log:

  • A trip recorded and not saved.
  • The places and exchange rates looked up.
  • The recalls, alerts and recap seen, and the Lite pick.
  • The widget’s numbers.
  • Photos from forms never saved, and copies of files you shared.
  • The drives automatic tracking found (it turns off).

The weather lookup turns off (it asks again before sending anything); your other settings stay. Neither can be undone, so Export everything first to keep a copy.

To remove one vehicle with its log, open it in the Garage and tap Delete vehicle.

Sold it? Mark it sold instead (Garage → Edit → Value & depreciation → Sold it): the log stays.

Still have a question? The support page covers the rest, and in the app the ? at the top right of every screen opens the answer for that screen.
