I forgot to log a fill-up
Have the receipt? Add it with its date and odometer: tanks are worked out in odometer order, so it slots in.
Without the receipt
If not, the next tank looks better than the car can do, and History asks “Missed a fill-up?”. Add missed fill-up puts in a greyed placeholder (tap it to fill in what you know), and that stretch stays out of MPG until it’s filled in; Nothing’s missing keeps the tank as it is.
A fill-up logged with a later date than it had (a receipt typed in late) makes its tank look too good as well. Then History asks only “Something mistyped?” about that fill-up, since its fuel is logged, and the tank waits for your answer.
